By accessing or using the Better Self mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes, provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your account,
and refrain from attempting to disrupt or misuse the App.

3. Habit Tracking and Personal Data

You understand that the App tracks personal habits, goals, and progress. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you input.

4. Social Media Features

The App includes social posting, commenting, and media sharing. You agree not to post harassment, threats, hate speech, discriminatory content,
sexual content involving minors, graphic violence, illegal activities, spam, scams, or copyright-infringing materials.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Coaches and Coaching Services

• 5.1 Coach Profiles

  Coaches may create professional profiles and offer services through the App. Coaches are independent providers,
  not employees or agents of Better Self.

• 5.2 Client-Coach Interactions

  All interactions must remain respectful, professional, and compliant with our Community Standards.

• 5.3 Monetization

  Coaches may charge for services. Payments are processed through third-party providers.
  Better Self may collect platform fees.

• 5.4 No Medical or Legal Advice

  Coaching services are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
  Users should consult licensed professionals when appropriate.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use vulgar, obscene, or sexually explicit language; bully, harass, or intimidate others;
impersonate another person; attempt to hack or disrupt the App; upload malware; or use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes.

7. Safety and Reporting

We prioritize user safety. You agree to report abusive or harmful behavior, avoid sharing sensitive personal information publicly,
and use caution when interacting with others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that pose safety risks.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and features of the App belong to Better Self.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, engaging in harmful behavior, or misusing the platform.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Better Self is not liable for user-generated content,
actions of coaches or other users, or losses resulting from misuse of the App.

12. Governing Law
